An emotionally evocative macro photograph of two tiny hand-painted human figurines standing on opposite sides of a narrow tear in an old handwritten letter. A young woman with a miniature suitcase is about to leave, while a young man leans dangerously across the paper gap to offer her a tiny folded paper flower. Their fingertips almost meet above the torn edge. Beautiful expressive miniature faces, carefully sculpted clothing, visible delicate brushwork, enormous handwritten ink strokes beneath their feet, warm window light, intimate cinematic framing, shallow depth of field, authentic handcrafted miniature installation photographed in the real world.
