An elegant ***** demon with smooth charcoal skin and swept-back ivory horns sits before an ornate dressing mirror. His long blond hair spills over a wine-colored silk robe as he carefully fastens a pearl earring. His reflection smiles broadly while his actual face remains expressionless. A shallow silver dish holds several tiny golden crowns beside scattered hairpins. Candlelight warms the edges of his horns and shoulders, while the room behind him dissolves into dark plum shadows. The mismatched reflection gives the intimate setting an air of quiet menace.
