Create a whimsical, storybook-style illustration featuring a cheerful young skinny hijabi girl,
big round eyes standing in the rain. She wears a soft pink hijab with a matching scarf, a cozy yellow coat over a flowing beige dress, and white sneakers. In her hands, she holds a transparent umbrella adorned with vibrant pink and red flowers. A light green handbag hangs from her shoulder, and beside her sits a sweet white cat with pink accents on its ears and nose.
Surround them with a lush display of colorful potted flowers—tulips, daisies, and blooming sprigs in terracotta and ceramic pots—arranged on a brick pathway. The background reveals a gentle rain shower, with multicolored raindrops (pink, yellow, blue) falling against a softly blurred cityscape dotted with glowing bokeh lights. Use soft, painterly brushstrokes and a palette of pastel and bright hues to evoke warmth and joy, capturing the cozy magic of a rainy day spent among flowers. The overall mood should feel tender, uplifting, and full of quiet delight. Employ expressive ink-like outlines and childlike doodles to enhance the whimsical and joyful atmosphere.
