Recommended input value are

Video FPS : 12, put your video fps here, u can use cli tools like ffmpeg to convert your videos to 12 fps, (its recommended to use 12 fps video)

Duration : 5-15, you can upload long videos, 20+ but itsn't recommended

If the fps below 16 it will automaticly interpolated twice, for example if your video is 12 fps, the output gonna be 24 fps.
